At my "real" job I found myself presented with the potentially brain-damaging task of editing over 20 hours of legal seminar recordings. My job was to go through each recording, and take out the pauses, umms, mistakes, and audio artifacts.
Instead of going insane, I decided that--instead of deleting them--I would collect them in one sound file.

For the Savant Keyboard, I parsed out individual "ums", matched them up with pitches and tied to them a keyboard image map with Javascript.
